February 22, 2025 Our Journey has begun

Day 1 my son Jason drove us to our Hotel next door to Miami Airport.  Of course when in Miami you must stop a local Cuban restaurant for an authentic meal.  Not much sleep with planes taking off every 5 minutes up to 1 AM in the morning and then starting again at 6 AM.

Day 2. for me was spent repacking a number of items and getting together all of the documents to fly to Sao Paulo, then further on to embark on the ship in the port of Santos, Brazil.  For Kathie she was able to spend the day with her daughter Mona and granddaughter Emma.
